ADHERENCE TO CURRENT HAZARD ANALYSIS AND CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS (HACCP) GUIDELINES

We apply the internationally recognized HACCP system to ensure food safety. This preventive and science-based system identifies, evaluates, and controls hazards that are significant for food safety.  It covers the entire food production process from raw materials to distribution and consumption. Our HACCP plans and systems are verified by external certification bodies against the globally latest GFSI / Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards.

FDA Compliance

We follow and comply to U.S. FDA 21 CFR according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) part 110, Beverage/Bottle Water Standards part 165, California Public Health Department _ Food & Drug Branch, Los Angeles Environmental Health County Department and Montebello City.

Implement and Practice of prerequisites: management commitment, document control and records, specification and product development, food safety and quality plan, non-conforming product and equipment, verification/validation system, product identification trace/withdrawn/recall, allergen management, training, personnel hygiene/welfare/processing practices, integrated pest management, facility requirement and security, premises and equipment maintenance, calibration, water/air supply and quality, storage & transport, and waste management.
